As a Senior Commercial Executive with over 20 years of experience focusing on B2B and partnerships, Asli has developed more than a decade of proven expertise in sales, account management, and business development across various sectors. Her career is distinguished by a consistent ability to design and implement strategic plans that align with corporate objectives, drive growth, and enhance customer loyalty. Currently, Asli serves as the Deputy General Manager at Tur-Assist in Turkey, where she leads the development of sales, marketing, and customer experience strategies, playing a crucial role in shaping sales policies and establishing customer relationship management standards.
In her early career, she gained significant experience in the insurance, pension, and fleet sectors. Her areas of expertise include commercial strategy, business development, partnerships, P&L management, contract negotiation, and vendor management. Asli also possesses a diverse range of leadership strengths, including proficiency in sales strategy, market research and analysis, and go-to-market planning, alongside fostering effective cross-cultural communication and collaboration within teams.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Marmara University and a Master’s degree from the University of Paris I: Pantheon-Sorbonne. Asli is fluent in English and has intermediate proficiency in Italian.
