Ertuğrul Gazi Kızılok

Ertuğrul Gazi Kızılok earned his Bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Fudan University (复旦大学) in Shanghai in 2019. During his time at Fudan, he frequently served as an interpreter for Turkish state and military officials, as well as private companies operating in China, gaining invaluable experience in cross-cultural communication.
After graduating, he worked as a Corporate Specialist at a Chinese private firm in Istanbul from 2019 to 2021, where he eventually became a partner. Alongside his professional endeavors, he has been an active member of the editorial board of BRICS Quarterly since 2018, contributing to discussions on BRICS nations and the evolving multipolar world order. Additionally, he writes for Bilim ve Ütopya, a respected journal in Türkiye, showcasing his intellectual engagement in a variety of topics.
Kızılok has also played a pivotal role in facilitating Chinese delegations and providing translation services for Chinese companies, further bridging cultural and business ties between the two nations.
Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s degree in Asia-Pacific Studies within the European Union in Spain, deepening his expertise in international relations and regional studies.
