Haluk Düzgün is an executive with extensive experience in corporate management, strategic leadership, and optimizing financial and operational performance at an ISO 500 company. He excels in business development, investment planning, and organizational growth, ensuring long-term profitability and competitive advantage in the automotive industry. His expertise spans lean manufacturing, advanced production systems, and Industry 4.0 transformation, driving efficiency, sustainability, and innovation in large-scale operations.

As the Business Development & Engineering Director at Beyçelik Gestamp, he leads strategic planning, digitalization, and cost optimization, managing high-value automotive projects for giant EOMs like Ford, Toyota, Volkswagen, Renault, etc. He has successfully driven multi-million-euro investments, implemented cutting-edge production technologies, and optimized business structures to enhance productivity and innovation.
