Hande Hepşen Diyar is a professional with over 20 years of experience in the global banking and finance industry. She specializes in corporate and financial institutions banking, long-term loans, and corporate finance products. Leveraging her extensive network of key influencers and a robust client portfolio, she has consistently driven business development, revenue growth, and profitability in the organizations she has served.
A graduate of Boğaziçi University with a degree in Political Science and International Relations (2001) and master degree at University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Hande began her career at AKBANK as an Assistant Manager in Commercial Banking. She then advanced to significant leadership roles, including Vice President for Commercial Banking at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where she managed branching activities for the bank's Commercial Roll-out Project in Türkiye.
Subsequently, she held the role of Head of Portfolio Management at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), overseeing capital management, return on equity, and market opportunity identification, while managing a portfolio of ISO 500 companies.
Since 2016, Hande has served as the Corporate and Institutional Banking Director at the Türkiye Representative Office of the Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait (BBK). In this capacity, she connects Turkish companies with Middle Eastern capital, providing strategic support in identifying financing needs and managing financial projects.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Hande is an active member of the Foreign Economic Relations Board (DEIK). She has held leadership roles within DEIK, including serving on the India Business Council and as Vice Chairperson of the Outbound Investments Business Council since January 2024.
