İbrahim Pala

Ibrahim Pala is an international aviation and defence programme management expert with experience of working in 5 countries (Turkey, US, France, Italy and Spain) both on the customer side (TR Ministry of Defence, and OCCAR-EA - European Defence Procurement agency) and on the industry side (Airbus).

He received his Aerospace Engineering degree from METU/ODTU in 2006, Project Management Professional degree from PMI in 2012 and completed the International Executive MBA programme of IAE Paris Sorbonne University in 2024.

He is particularly interested in sustainability in aviation sector and has an ongoing thesis on the very subject. Following a career abroad for 12 years, he returned to Turkey in 2021 to lead the Airbus A400M Retrofit project.

He speaks Turkish, English, Spanish and French.
