İlhami Eksin

İlhami Eksin is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career in the automotive, logistics, and commercial vehicle industries. As the CEO of D-Serve, the procurement and supply management company of Doğuş Group, he leads strategic sourcing, supplier relations, and operational excellence across multiple business lines. Before his current role, he served as General Manager for Scania within Doğuş Otomotiv and held various senior leadership positions across the group. Since 2019, he has also been serving as the Chairman of TAİD (Heavy Commercial Vehicle Manufacturers and Importers Association), where he has played a key role in shaping industry strategy and public–private collaboration in Türkiye’s transport sector.

Beyond his professional achievements, İlhami Eksin has been actively engaged in athletics and non-profit initiatives, promoting discipline, teamwork, and social responsibility both in business and community life. A graduate of Boğaziçi University’s Faculty of Economics (Class of 1985), he continues to advocate for ethical leadership, sustainability, and the development of young talent within and beyond the automotive ecosystem.
