Orçun Solak

Orçun Solak is a partner in the M&A and Private Equity practice groups of Esin Attorney Partnership. In addition to advising clients on multiple varieties of M&A transactions, he also focuses on corporate and commercial law, privatization and compliance. Orçun primarily serves clients in the gaming, fintech, retail, finance and energy industries, and has advised multinational companies, private equities, funds and start-ups.
Recognized for his contributions to the legal field, Orçun has received several awards and recognitions. He has been acknowledged for his role in the growth of Turkey's tech start-up ecosystem, particularly in gaming, fintech and e-commerce and has played a key role in many of Türkiye’s landmark M&A transactions.
Orçun holds a high school degree from Istanbul Erkek Lisesi, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degreefrom Galatasaray Üniversitesi and an executive MBA degree from IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School.
