Savaş Öztorun

Savaş Öztorun is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience in end-to-end supply chain management across the global automotive manufacturing and consulting sectors. He has deep expertise in global purchasing, logistics, and international trade.

A graduate of Anadolu University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics completed with English education in 2006, he began his career at Ford Otosan, a joint venture between Koç Holding and Ford Motor Company, as an Export Business Development Specialist. He later served as Import Unit Manager at Borusan Otomotiv, followed by a return to another Koç Holding company, TürkTraktör, a CNH Industrial joint venture, where he worked as Logistics Senior Manager. In this role, he managed operational procurement, logistics processes, indirect taxation, and international trade compliance.

Leveraging his extensive manufacturing experience, Savaş joined Ernst & Young (EY) as Supply Chain and Operations Consulting Director, supporting organizations in streamlining supply chains and enhancing performance. Currently, he operates as an independent advisor specializing in supply chain operations, business transformation, and management consulting. He is working for ARVATO as a Foreign Trade & Operation Director in Türkiye.

During his professional career at TürkTraktör, Savaş served as Head of the Logistics Committee for the Turkish Automotive Manufacturers Association (OSD) from 2018 to 2021, where he  coordinated industry members to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
