She graduated with a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University and completed her MSc in Chemical Engineering at Boğaziçi University, specializing in statistical experimental design and precision temperature systems.
Throughout her professional career, Ufuk Tur held key technical and managerial positions at major international corporations including Cadbury Kent, Türk Henkel, TÜBİTAK National Metrology Institute (UME), and Lever Industrial.
At Cadbury Kent, she served as Gum R&D Manager, leading product development projects, innovation transfer programs, and technical adaptation processes for the Turkish market. During her tenure at Türk Henkel Automotive Technologies, she managed adhesive and sealant product development initiatives for the automotive sector, overseeing business development, technical implementation, customer solutions, and product portfolio strategies.
Her background combines scientific research, industrial innovation, project management, international technology transfer, and strategic product development. In addition to herengineering expertise, she has completed advanced training programs in project management, foreign trade, leadership, NLP, and communication.
Ufuk Tur is fluent in English and has professional interests spanning industrial innovation, technology commercialization, theater, astrology, dancing tango and interdisciplinary learning., and innovation management.
