Yakup Aydilek

Yakup Aydilek is a distinguished leader in people and culture, digital transformation, and operational excellence. A graduate of the Middle East Technical University (METU) in Business Administration and a holder of a master’s degree from Pantheon-Sorbonne University, Aydilek has built an impressive career spanning nearly two decades in the corporate world.

He began his professional journey at Deloitte in 2005, where he served as a Senior Auditor until 2009. Following this, he joined CAF as a Financial Controller, further honing his expertise in financial management and corporate governance.

In 2010, Aydilek joined Enerjisa Enerji, playing a pivotal role in the company’s privatization initiatives and leading critical projects such as the acquisition of new electricity distribution regions, system transitions, and operational excellence programs. Over 14 years at Enerjisa, he held leadership positions across various functions within the Retail business unit, driving innovation and fostering high-performing teams.

In 2021, Aydilek was appointed as the Chief People & Culture Officer, where he continues to champion cultural transformation and employee engagement strategies to align human capital with organizational goals. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Enerjisa’sretail sales companies and is an active member of Enerjisa’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, contributing to a culture of inclusivity and belonging within the organization.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Aydilek is a committed advocate for societal progress. As a Board Member of the Young Executives and Business People Association (GYİAD) and Co-Chair of its Digital Working Group, he contributes to policies and strategies shaping the future of business and society. Additionally, as an Audit Committee Member of YenidenBiz, he leads the Technology Committee, focusing on reintegrating women into the workforce to promote diversity, flexibility, and productivity.

Aydilek is also an angel investor, supporting innovative startups and entrepreneurs by providing strategic guidance and financial backing. His investments reflect his passion for fostering innovation and empowering the next generation of business leaders.
